- Claim Package — digital templates, complaint letters, and claim preparation materials
- Self-claim support resources
3. Not a Legal Service
Important: FlightClaimGuide is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or regulated legal services.
The Claim Package provides templates, guidance, and claim preparation materials. It does not include legal representation, legal advice, or court services. Users submit claims independently and are responsible for their own claim process.
4. Claim Package
- •The Claim Package is a digital product delivered electronically upon payment.
- •We do not guarantee that any claim will be successful. Compensation outcomes depend on individual circumstances and airline responses.
- •Users submit claims to airlines independently. FlightClaimGuide does not submit claims on behalf of users.
- •The package fee (€8.99) is a one-time charge for access to the digital materials. It is not contingent on claim success.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund if the Claim Package is unusable for your specific case. To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not available simply because a claim was unsuccessful, as we do not guarantee claim outcomes.
6. User Responsibilities
- •You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide when using the Service.
- •You are responsible for submitting your own claim to the airline and managing the claim process.
- •You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to submit fraudulent claims.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, and materials provided through the Service are the intellectual property of FlightClaimGuide. You may use the Claim Package materials for your own personal claim but must not reproduce, distribute, or resell them.
8. Limitation of Liability
FlightClaimGuide provides information and tools for self-claim purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- •We are not liable for any claim rejections, delays, or adverse outcomes resulting from your use of the Service.
- •We are not liable for any loss of compensation, missed deadlines, or other damages arising from reliance on information provided.
- •Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Claim Package.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
